The Nelson Mandela Graça Machel Innovation Awards 2024/25 will acknowledge 5 modern concepts and tasks from people, organizations, networks, or group teams with seed funding of US$7,500.
Uplifting Humanity
Under the core theme “Uplifting Humanity,” we are trying to find improvements that problem the established order and bridge divides. Whether you’re pursuing Tech for Good, exploring the intersection of Climate and Social Justice, engaged on Bridging Citizens and Government, or demonstrating Community Resilience, we need to hear about it!
Award Categories
The 5 awards can be introduced below the following classes:
- Individual Award: Recognizes the achievements of a single one who has demonstrated modern pondering and made a big influence by artistic interventions of their group.
- Organisation Award: Recognizes a corporation that has remodeled its methods of working and made a constructive influence by its collective efforts. The award acknowledges the group’s dedication to creativity, collaboration, and the change they’ve dropped at their group or the sector.
- Youth Award: Recognizes the excellent achievements of younger innovators who’ve demonstrated inspiring creativity and made a difference with their interventions.
- Brave Philanthropy Award: Recognizes these people and organizations that promote simply and equitable monetary partnerships and have exhibited braveness and innovation of their philanthropic endeavors.
- Community Award: Recognizes people, teams, or organizations whose efforts have led to betterment of their group. The award acknowledges their dedication to addressing native challenges, fostering collaboration, bridging divides, and fostering progress by their efforts.
Eligibility
