Ces consultants individuels auront pour mission de documenter les interventions du programme de coopération GABON – UNICEF en créant des productions convaincantes, dynamiques et attractives sous formes d’histoires humaines, mettant en lumière les parcours de vie et les récits des enfants, des jeunes et des femmes dans le contexte actuel du Gabon. Ils montreront également les réponses apportées aux difficultés rencontrées lors de la mise en œuvre du programme de coopération. Les prestataires effectueront des visites, interviews, documentations et productions de helps multimédias couvrant tous les domaines du Programme de Coopération. Ce programme se distingue par le regroupement des interventions conjointes autour des différentes tranches d’âge : Sante, Nutrition, Education, Protection, Politique Sociale. Il inclut également des activités impliquant les femmes, les jeunes et les Enfants au Gabon.

Les matériels écrits et audio-visuels demandés seront fournis en temps opportun, en respectant la qualité requise et les priorités du programme de pays de l’UNICEF.

1.Vidéo Paquet complet par sujet couvert :

Les vidéos seront conjointement travaillées en amont (UNICEF et le advisor) et pourront, selon les cas, faire l’objet d’un script à partager en amont par le advisor

1. Vidéo de 2-3 minutes, montée/éditée en deux variations (Française et Anglaise) 
2. Version internationale de la vidéo / cut up audio (aucun graphique, aucun tiers inférieur, aucun son mixé) 2-3 min.
3. B-Roll (Broadcast Roll ou vidéo éditée sans son) 
4. Version de 60 secondes de la vidéo adaptée pour utilisation sur réseaux sociaux.

 

2.   30 Photos avec légendes par sujet couvert :

30 Photos suivant les spécifications élaborées dans l’annexe II et ayant une légende respectant les détails énoncés dans l’annexe III. 

 

3. Histoire en images: (Photo Essay) un lot de 10 images en séquence logique, accompagnées chacune de texte (100 mots) en langue Française

Le script des histoires sera partagé en amont et validé par UNICEF avant tout développement.
