The PRSA Foundation Fellowships 2025: Scholarships & Paid Internships for BIPOC PR and Communication Students in the US

The PRSA Foundation is an unbiased, 501 (c) (3) charitable group that’s dedicated to selling variety amongst public relations professionals and firms in order that they’ll greatest serve the public good and deal with the wants of a various world.

Applications to our 2025 fellowship program are actually open! We’re awarding eight fellowships totaling $92,500 in awards and paid internship alternatives with PR companies for public relations/communications faculty college students from traditionally underrepresented communities.

AGEAN Public Relations Fellowship:

$2,500 scholarship + 5-week paid internship (Remote)

Sponsored by AGEAN Public Relations, this fellowship awards a $2,500 scholarship and 5-week paid distant internship to a BIPOC recognized pupil who’s pursuing a profession in public relations.  Learn more.

Greenough Fellowship:

$3,500 scholarship + 8-week paid internship (Boston)

Sponsored by Greenough Communications, this fellowship will award one BIPOC recognized pupil yearly who’s  pursuing a serious or minor in public relations, journalism, advertising, or communications with a $3,500 scholarship and a paid eight-week internship with Greenough Communications in Boston, MA. $5,000 scholarship + 8-week paid internship (New York)

The Bliss-Baker Fellowship awards one BIPOC recognized pupil yearly who’s pursuing a profession in journalism, public relations, advertising, or communications with a $5,000 scholarship and a paid eight-week internship with The Bliss Group in New York, NY. Learn more.

$15,000 scholarship + $4,000 stipend + 8-week paid internship (Remote)

$35,000 scholarship + $6,000 stipend + 8-week paid internship (New York/San Francisco)

Sponsored by Mission North, this fellowship will award one BIPOC recognized pupil yearly who’s pursuing a profession in PR specializing in tech communications, science communications, or digital advertising & design with a $35,000 scholarship, a $6,000 stipend, and a paid eight-week internship with Mission North in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. The V2 Communications Fellowship will award one BIPOC recognized pupil yearly who’s pursuing a serious in public relations, journalism, advertising, communications, digital advertising & design, or tech advertising with a $2,500 scholarship and a paid full-time eight-week internship with V2 Communications in Boston, MA.
