The third Liverpool Summer School in the Law of the Council of Europe.

What shall be mentioned?

For over 75 years, the Council of Europe unites Europe round the values of democracy, human rights and the rule of regulation. In 2025, the contributors of the Summer School will debate whether or not the Council of Europe is profitable in its mission. The intention of the summer time faculty is twofold.

Firstly, the specialists will assess the effectiveness of execution of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights and different our bodies of the Council of Europe. Secondly, the Summer School will even tackle the urgent challenges of migration, a essential authorized and political problem dealing with each European state. Discussions will study the Council of Europe’s position in defending the rights of migrants, analysing related authorized requirements, insurance policies, and the tasks of member states in this context.

What is the format?

Participation payment
£800 GBP

Accommodation
Bed and breakfast lodging shall be roughly £800 GBP

Scholarships

Visas
