Applications are open for the Sankofatech Achievers in Technology (AIT) Program 2025. Sankofatech’s Achievers in Technology (AIT) program is an intensive, 4-12 months initiative designed to domesticate the subsequent wave of Black expertise leaders in the United States. Recognizing that younger individuals of African descent usually overlook expertise careers attributable to restricted trade consciousness, group misconceptions (reminiscent of a perceived lack of status), and a shortage of assets, AIT seeks to handle these challenges head-on.

Through the AIT program, students interact in a complete 4-12 months journey, gaining very important expertise and entry to a supportive community of friends, mentors, advisors, and established professionals in the expertise sector. This program is their dedication to constructing a strong pipeline of Black Software Engineers and Data Scientists.
