About the Programme
In partnership with the Temasek Foundation, the 2nd TF-LKYSPP Southeast Asia Next-Gen Leaders Programme goals to deliver collectively younger leaders and changemakers from Southeast Asia and Singapore. This programme focuses on capability constructing, data change, and networking, with an emphasis on strategic considering to deal with international challenges.
The programme provides members a novel platform to replicate on the longer term, anticipate rising challenges, and discover actionable options for societal influence.
Programme Milestones
- Online Futures Thinking Workshop (27–29 May 2025): A digital workshop to develop abilities in long-term considering and foresight methodology.
- Regional Learning Journey to the Philippines (20–25 July 2025): An in-person expertise that immerses members within the regional context, fostering interplay with native leaders and the event of impactful concepts.
Learning Outcomes

Target Audience
This programme is good for:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Age between 25 and 35 in the beginning of the programme.
- A citizen and resident of one of many following Southeast Asian nations: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, or Vietnam.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- At least 5 years {of professional} expertise.

Programme Focus: Reimagining the Future of Education
For this second version, the central theme can be Reimagining the Future of Education. In a quickly altering world, the programme will discover how future leaders can tackle academic challenges and design progressive options for the following era.
