The programme, funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, is delivered at Cranfield University, situated on the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom (Shrivenham Campus).

Eligibility Requirements
To apply, you should meet the next standards:
- Citizenship: Be a citizen and resident of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, or Serbia.
- Return Commitment: Commit to returning to your nation of citizenship after the fellowship.
- Qualifications: Hold a postgraduate diploma (or equal expertise) related to the sphere.
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of expertise in cyber safety or coverage as a policymaker, commentator, or tutorial.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrate a powerful working information of English.

- British or twin British residents will not be eligible.
- Employees or current former workers of the UK Government or related our bodies will not be eligible.
