The YSB gives a platform for 20 chosen younger Ghanaians (aged 18-32) to:
- Engage in dialogue on youth-related points.
- Provide a youth perspective on the programming, monitoring, and coverage drafting for the EU Delegation to Ghana and the Netherlands Embassy to Ghana.
- Collaborate in an area designed for creativity and trade, contributing to EU and Netherlands’ work in Ghana.

- Recruitment Date: March 2025 (for a two-year time period).
- Role Type: Voluntary (no monetary or materials reward). However, all prices incurred by members for YSB actions might be lined by the EU Delegation and the Netherlands Embassy.
