Purpose

Main duties and duties
Collections Management and Outreach:
- Describing and indexing paperwork in the library administration system (Netbiblio)
- Preparing a group of publications for digitization

Reader Services:
- Responding to analysis and interlibrary mortgage requests
- Welcoming and aiding patrons in the library (1-2 shifts at the reference desk per week, Monday – Friday)
- Training colleagues and researchers in the use of library instruments and sources
Education and Experience
- University or increased training establishment (HES) diploma
