Applications at the moment are open for the YALI Regional Leadership Center Southern Africa (YALI RLC-SA) Online Cohort 23. The YALI Regional Leadership Center Southern Africa (RLC SA) offers young African leaders between the ages of 18-35 with the mandatory expertise, instruments and Opportunities to higher serve their communities and nations. The programme provides in-person and on-line coaching in Business and Entrepreneurship, Civic Leadership and Public Management and sector particular programmes.

Requirements

The program is open to young African leaders who meet the next standards:

• Age (18-35)
• English language proficiency
• Portuguese for our Portuguese language program
• A dedication to positively impression Africa, their nations and communities.
• Commitment to serve the event agenda of the African continent.
• Demonstrated management capabilities and curiosity in Public Management, Entrepreneurship Development and Civic Leadership
• Young leaders from the next nations are eligible to take part within the programme: Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Lesotho, Malawi, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Kingdom of Eswatini, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
• The programme encourages purposes from:
• Rural primarily based and economically deprived young leaders
• Young leaders with disabilities
• Women
• People who’re HIV constructive or who’re residing with AIDS
• Individuals that symbolize and advocate for the rights of LGBTQIA+ communities throughout the area
• Other minority teams
