United Rugby Championship Women’s Leadership Academy: Virtual Training Program for the Next Generation of Women in Sport

About the Program
The URC Women’s Leadership Academy (WLA) is a groundbreaking initiative by the United Rugby Championship (URC) to create equal alternatives in the sports activities sector for girls. This program goals to empower younger girls to pursue careers in sport, connecting them with trade leaders and offering precious expertise and networking alternatives.

Eligibility Criteria
