Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, candidates should:
- Be a citizen of a USP member nation. Special consideration will probably be given to residents of Cook Islands, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Niue, Samoa, Tokelau, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.
- Meet the next age limits: 35 years or beneath for Master’s and 45 years or beneath for PhD.
