Applications are open for the TechForward Policy Fellowship 2025 for Africans. The TechForward Policy Fellowship, hosted by the Africa Center for Digital Transformation (ACDT), is a transformative three-month hybrid program designed to equip rising leaders with the instruments, information, and networks essential to form Africa’s digital future. This fellowship empowers members to develop progressive, sustainable, and inclusive digital insurance policies that drive financial and digital transformation throughout the continent.

The Spring 2025 cohort will embrace 15 fellows from various African nations. Participants will interact in:

• Expert workshops
• Policy clinics
• Mentorship periods
• A capstone venture implementation
• A completely funded in-particular person coverage convention

Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Be 18–30 years outdated on the time of application.
• Hold a Bachelor’s diploma or related IT certification.
• Be residents of an African nation (residents overseas are eligible).
• Demonstrate proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Have expertise or curiosity in digital insurance policies, advocacy, or associated fields.
• Commit to collaborating in fellowship actions (4+ hours per week).
