Working intently with IFC’s Industry Specialists, IFC’s contracted consulting agency(s), and shopper/shopper’s native advisor(s), the ET Consultant will both lead or present assist within the following areas for on-going GRIP initiatives: Duties & Accountabilities:

• Assess sustainability methods to determine gaps and areas of enhancements
• Evaluate power effectivity, power storage, constructing electrification and renewable measure to evaluate their feasibility for GRIP initiatives
• Conduct and/or overview baseline assessments for actual property portfolio emissions

Selection Criteria

• Master’s Degree (significantly constructing science/architectural engineering/sustainability)
