Program Details

About the Fellowship

The Fellowship attracts on twenty years of expertise in supporting social entrepreneurs. Fellows achieve entry to management frameworks and construct peer relationships that maintain them accountable to their values and affect objectives.

Curriculum Highlights:

  • Polarity Management: Operate successfully in a world of opposing views and mobilize others towards shared objectives.
  • Good Society Readings: Explore social justice and ethical change by means of texts by thinkers like Plato, Ursula Ok. Le Guin, and Dr. Martin Luther King.
  • Adaptive Leadership: Understand stakeholders’ wants and navigate uncertainty to drive change.

  • 6-Month Hybrid Program:
    • One 3-day digital orientation.
    • Two 5-day in-person immersives.

Application Process:
