Eligibility

Selection Criteria

• Candidates shall be evaluated on the three pillars of the Millennium Leadership Program: management, group, and affect. They ought to show visionary, humble management; actively foster a collaborative, empathetic group; and showcase a monitor document of affect with bold, scalable targets.
