About GLA
The Generation Leadership Academy (GLA) is an intensive, two-week mentorship program designed to empower younger folks with the talents, information, and expertise wanted to develop into efficient leaders of their communities. GLA builds confidence and equips contributors for significant engagement in decision-making processes.

Citizen Voice & Actions (CVA) is a youth-led non-governmental group established in 2016. Our mission is to empower residents to actively take part in constructing an inclusive society in Rwanda and past.
We envision a society the place residents are absolutely engaged in sustainable human growth. Through consciousness, empowerment, mentorship, and advocacy, we amplify the voices of youth and ladies for significant participation in decision-making processes in any respect ranges.
Eligibility Criteria
To be part of the Generation Leadership Academy, candidates should meet the next necessities:
- Age: Rwandan youth aged between 18 and 26.

Passion: Demonstrated curiosity in management, youth engagement, and good governance.
- Youth affiliated with civil society organizations or youth constructions are extremely inspired to apply.
- Availability: Must be obtainable to attend the week-long Leadership Academy from March 17–21, 2025.
- Education: At least an A1 or bachelor’s diploma.
- Application Form: Complete and submit the application kind offered.
