Duties
As a Cadieux-Léger Fellow, your duties will embrace:
- Conducting analysis and writing brief papers or briefs
- Participating in coverage improvement processes
- Networking with inner and exterior consultants
- Contributing to coverage working teams and departmental initiatives
The Fellow will work throughout the Open Insights Hub, specializing in strategic themes similar to:
- Global energy dynamics
- Digital and rising applied sciences
- Green transition and sustainability
- Climate and safety
- Economic safety
- Global improvement developments
Work Environment
The Open Insights Hub fosters collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing. The Fellow will:
- Build networks inside GAC, the Government of Canada, and with exterior stakeholders
- Identify new stakeholders for coverage analysis
- Advance thematic agendas with strategic relevance to Canadian international coverage
Eligibility Requirements
Education:
- Enrollment in a doctoral program at a acknowledged establishment in Political Science, International Relations, Economics, History, Law, or associated fields
- Must have achieved candidacy standing (accomplished coursework, exams, and permitted dissertation proposal)
Language:
- English or French proficiency
Required Application Materials

Conditions of Employment
