About the Fellowship
The Umholi we Africa (UwA) Fellowship is a prestigious two-year program geared toward cultivating younger African leaders. Fellows are positioned in Special Advisor roles inside Ministerial workplaces and intergovernmental organizations to realize hands-on expertise in governance and public service management.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Umholi we Africa Fellowship, you could:
- Be an African Leadership Academy (ALA) alumnus, a Mastercard Foundation Scholar, or an African Leadership University (ALU) alumnus
- Hold a college diploma
- Have a minimal of 4 years of related work expertise
- Be a nationwide and resident of one of many eligible nations
