MPOWER Women in STEM Scholarship

Description

Scholarships awarded yearly to feminine worldwide/DACA college students who’re at present enrolled or accepted to check full-time in a STEM diploma program at a program MPOWER helps in the United States or Canada.

Awards:

Grand Prize: $6,000
Honorable Mentions (2): $2,000 and $1,000

Eligibility Requirements:

– Be accepted at, or enrolled in, a full-time diploma program at a U.S. or Canadian college that MPOWER helps, and
– Be a global scholar allowed to legally research in the U.S. or Canada, as relevant:

For research in the U.S., which means that the applicant meets certainly one of these standards:
– Has a legitimate visa that allows research in the U.S.
– Is protected beneath the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
– Is a U.S. everlasting resident (Green Card holder)
