Applications are open for the Developing Young Leaders of Tomorrow, Today (DYLOTT) Black Diplomats Academy 2025. This program goals to deal with the underrepresentation of Black staff in Public Sector and Global Diplomacy Careers by offering Black Youth Ages 18-35 with specialised coaching and studying alternatives.

The program aims are:

• Prepare members to interface with regional, nationwide and international coverage points starting from sustainable employment and future work within the digital age.
