The Innovative, Digital and Open Government Division (INDIGO) drives people-centered governance. Collaborating with member international locations, INDIGO focuses on:

Your Role

As a Junior Policy Analyst, you’ll assist the OECD’s mission by contributing to:

Research and Analysis:

  • Drafting nation critiques, experiences, and motion plans.
  • Conducting surveys, interviews, and experiments to gather information.
  • Analyzing quantitative and qualitative information with revolutionary visualization strategies.

Project Management:

  • Coordinating workshops and conferences with stakeholders.
  • Supporting the implementation of country-specific tasks.

Outreach and Communication:

  • Presenting findings at occasions and seminars.
  • Building partnerships with governments, academia, and worldwide specialists.
  • Contributing to speeches and briefing supplies for OECD management.

Who You Are

  • Education: Degree in economics, social sciences, public administration, regulation, or associated fields.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in coverage evaluation, ideally in public sector innovation or worldwide organizations.
  • Skills:
    • Proven means to synthesize complicated information into actionable insights.
    • Expertise in clear, policy-relevant writing and communication.
    • Strong challenge coordination and stakeholder administration expertise.
