The Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA) invitations functions for the Leadership101 – Youth Training Program, a transformative initiative empowering younger Pakistani residents to guide in civic and democratic areas. Program Overview
Leadership101 is a part of TDEA’s broader effort to empower various youth populations, together with ladies, individuals with disabilities, and people from spiritual, ethnic, and gender minorities. Participants will develop important civic management abilities, achieve hands-on expertise, and put together for future management roles throughout Pakistan’s 4 provinces, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), and Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).

Objectives
The Leadership101 program goals to:
- Enhance individuals’ management, decision-making, communication, and advocacy abilities.
- Foster a deeper understanding of democracy, governance, and civic duties.
- Promote inclusivity and collaboration by participating youth from various communities and equipping them for civic and democratic management roles.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be 18 to 30 years previous by December 8, 2024.
- Be Pakistani residents residing in one of many eligible areas (4 provinces, AJK, GB, or ICT).
- Possess robust written and oral communication abilities.
- Be enrolled in or have accomplished an undergraduate diploma.
Diversity Matters:
- At least 50% of seats are reserved for ladies.
- Preference can be given to people from marginalized communities, together with spiritual minorities, gender minorities, and individuals with disabilities.
General Terms
- TDEA employees and their rapid members of the family are ineligible to apply.
