Eligibility

• Open to all Southeast Asian nationals besides SEARCA employees and their speedy members of the family.
• Entries have to be digital, coloured, in JPEG format, and at the least 3,000 pixels vast for a horizontal picture, or 3,000 pixels tall for a vertical picture at 300 dpi.
