Applications are open for the Stanbic IBTC Digital Skill Empowerment Programme (DiSEP) 2024. This is an initiative to coach eligible candidates with digital expertise to construct their capabilities and broaden their digital scope which is able to give them an edge within the employment market.

The Digital Skills Empowerment Programme (DiSEP) is designed to assist the identification and attraction of distinctive digitally savvy candidates, practice, develop and place them to have the ability to take part in supporting the digital transformation journey of Stanbic IBTC Group and likewise assist bridge the hole of digital expertise shortage within the employment market. It is an intensive program and a novel OPPORTUNITY for younger people who find themselves resourceful and passionate creating required expertise to construct a fast-tracked profession.

Cost

• DiSEP will present glorious digital coaching, upskilling and paid certifications to a bunch of eligible Nigerian candidates without cost.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be all in favour of constructing a profession within the following technical fields; Kubernetes, NET Core, C#, Software Testing and Automation, DevOps, Java.
• Minimum of a Second Class Lower diploma in an Information Technology or Engineering associated course from an accredited University.
• Minimum of 5 credit (Mathematics and English inclusive) in GCE, NECO or its equal
• Applicants will need to have concluded NYSC and will need to have discharge certificates in hand.
• Applicant’s Date of Birth, Gender and sophistication of diploma have to be clearly acknowledged.
• Applicant should not be greater than 28 years outdated as on the time of utility.
