Who Can Apply?
The SAFE Fellowship is designed for non-EU researchers in doctoral/PhD applications or postdoctoral positions throughout all scientific disciplines who’re dealing with qualifying dangers equivalent to discrimination, persecution, or violence.

How to Apply
Applications are submitted on-line by EU-based host establishments on behalf of eligible researchers. Each establishment could submit just one utility.
Matchmaking Service
The SAFE program gives a matchmaking service to assist join at-risk researchers with potential host establishments in the EU. Together, they will develop a joint proposal for the SAFE name for purposes.
