The Leading Social Justice Collective (LSJC) is a transformative three-month skilled growth program co-hosted by United Way Greater Toronto and the School of Cities. Designed for professionals throughout the personal, public, and not-for-profit sectors in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), LSJC empowers contributors with the instruments and abilities wanted to develop revolutionary, cross-sector options to urgent social points.
Participants carry ahead a social affect, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), or CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) problem from their group or group. Through LSJC, they achieve entry to:
- In-person and digital networking alternatives to attach with like-minded changemakers.
- Professional growth classes that includes interactive discussions with achieved leaders from varied sectors.
- Hands-on venture teaching and help to refine and implement options in real-time.
As a part of the program, you’ll work as a crew of three to deal with your problem, fostering collaboration and leveraging various views.
