The Trinity Leadership Fellows Program is a prestigious, fully-funded leadership development opportunity hosted by Trinity Church Wall Street in New York City. Designed for individuals from all nations, races, religions, and cultures, the program equips emerging leaders to create meaningful societal change through faith-inspired leadership.
This two-year fellowship combines rigorous learning with hands-on implementation, enabling participants to sharpen leadership skills, deepen faith perspectives, and foster impactful community projects.
Program Highlights
- International and Inclusive: Open to applicants worldwide, welcoming individuals from various denominations and faith traditions. While the curriculum is tailored for a Christian audience, it is designed to be inclusive and value-driven.

Two-Year Structure:
- Year One: Fellows engage in online courses led by world-class instructors, including senior faith leaders, academics from the Harvard Kennedy School, and experts in leadership, conflict transformation, and social entrepreneurship.
- Year Two: Participants implement their action projects, addressing real-world challenges in their communities with guidance from mentors and peers.
- In-Person Gatherings: Fellows convene twice during the program for intensive, weeklong workshops at Trinity Church in New York City in September 2025 and September 2026.
What Makes the Program Unique?
- Core Competencies: Courses include adaptive leadership, systems thinking, conflict transformation, social entrepreneurship, and organizational development—all taught through the lens of faith.
- Global Faculty: International instructors and leaders provide a diverse range of perspectives and expertise.
- Support for Fellows: The program offers childcare stipends, a $5,000 stipend, and up to $3,000 for additional classes of choice. Episcopal fellows may also receive 50% salary and benefits for curacy support.
- Lifelong Benefits: Fellows gain lifetime access to Trinity’s digital educational platform, FaithLeadershipCampus.org, and membership in the Trinity Society of Fellows, a global network of faith-driven leaders.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to individuals aged 18 and older with up to 15 years of professional experience.
- Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Active involvement in a faith community and a track record of community service are essential.
- The program seeks candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit.
