Why STEM Aspire?
STEM Aspire is more than just a mentoring program; it’s a stepping stone for women entering the technology field. As part of this program, you’ll work closely with a Dell mentor through monthly one-on-one sessions, giving you firsthand knowledge of the industry and helping you align your aspirations with real-world experiences. Participants also have access to networking events and exclusive professional development opportunities that will help you prepare for graduate programs and beyond.

Who is Eligible?
- Female students enrolled in a STEM, STEM-related, or business course.
- Currently in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of an HBO program, 2nd or 3rd year of a Bachelor’s program, or 1st or 2nd year of a Master’s program.
- Proficient in Dutch (professional language skills or native).

Next Steps
Selected applicants will be invited to participate in a brief interview to discuss their interest in the program.
Program Expectations
- Mentorship Meetings: Connect with your mentor once a month (virtually, in person, or hybrid) from February to July 2025.
- Event Participation: Attend an onsite opening ceremony, nine training sessions (covering technical skills, personal branding, and soft skills), and a closing ceremony.
- Attendance Requirement: Maintain a 70% attendance rate to earn certification for completing the program (20 hours total).
