Join the U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Clean Cities, Blue Ocean program to learn more about how cities can establish more dependable, efficient collection systems. This virtual training will provide an overview of USAID’s replicable model for cities, and share experiences from cities in Peru and Sri Lanka, where the program has supported its partners to develop reliable and effective waste collection and routing systems that are now serving previously unserved parts of the city, maximizing city resources by reducing the costs associated with duplicative routes, and decreasing the extent of street litter entering the environment and our ocean.
