CHED Scholarship Application Now Open !

All prospective students in college are welcome to submit an application for the CHED Scholarship Programme 2024. With the CHED Scholarship 2024–StuFAPs, students enrolling in approved public or private higher education institutions (HEIs) are intended to receive financial aid. This makes it easier to guarantee that everyone will have access to education, particularly deserving but impoverished students.

According to CMO No. 1 s. 2104, qualified beneficiaries must enlist in or be presently enrolled in any CHED priority courses. They will also get financial aid in the amount of Php 15,000 to Php 30,000 per semester, depending on the programme for which they are eligible.

Who may apply for the CHED Scholarship 2024 Programme?
First-year college students who will be Senior High School graduates.

What Requirements Exist?

  • must be a national of the Philippines;
  • High school students or graduates with a general weighted average (GWA) of 96% or more are eligible for the Full State Scholarship Programme (FSSP) and the Full Private Education Student Financial Assistance (FPESPA).
  • Half-SSP and Half-PESPA require a GWA of 93%, but not higher than 95%.
  • The applicant must meet certain requirements. First, the combined annual gross income of the applicant’s parents and guardians must not exceed Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 400,000). If the income exceeds PhP 400,000, the applicant must present written certification of a family member’s illness or the school certifications of two or more dependents enrolled in college. Secondly, the applicant may only apply for one government-funded financial assistance programme.

What are the requirements for the 2024 CHED Scholarships?


A. Nationality
A copy of the birth certificate confirmed true.
B. Learned
properly certified true copies of their high school report cards for incoming freshmen who are qualified to attend college (having completed high school); and properly certified true copies of their grades from the first semester of their senior year of high school for those who are graduating.
C. Financial The applicants who are students must submit any of the following paperwork:

the parent or guardian’s most recent income tax return (ITR); the Bureau of Internal Revenue’s (BIR) Certificate of Tax Exemption; the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Case Study report; or the barangay’s or DSWD’s Certificate of Indigence
Children of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and seafarers may be eligible to receive the most recent copy of their contract or evidence
of their salary.
