Additionally, the RBI offers a summer internship programme for students pursuing post-graduate studies.

Qualification Standards
Students studying integrated five-year degrees in management, statistics, law, commerce, economics, econometrics, banking, and finance, or a) post-graduate courses c) A professional bachelor’s degree in law, earned full-time over three years at reputable Indian institutions or colleges. Only those enrolled in their penultimate year of study are eligible to apply for the summer placement.

Time Frame
Typically, the placement will last for no more than three months, from April through July. The Bank reserves the right to shorten or prolong the time.
Facilities
A stipend of ₹20,000/-per month is available to summer trainees. It will be the responsibility of outstation trainees to arrange their own lodging.
Location of Summer Training
According to the following table, summer trainees will have to complete the project at the centre that corresponds to the state of their institute.
