The West Africa Acumen Fellowship is a demanding leadership programme that unites a group of exceptional people tackling poverty issues and provides them with the community, knowledge, and abilities to advance their leadership and scale their initiatives to bring about significant change in West Africa.
Following programme completion, Fellow Candidates become a part of The Foundry, a network of like-minded individuals working across industries and regions to create a world founded on dignity. Being a part of this multicultural group dedicated to exchanging knowledge and insights, they have access to funding, mentoring, and lifelong learning as part of a lifetime support system for enacting social change.

- In order to obtain support from the Foundry, applicants must show that they are able and willing to provide (contributing their knowledge, experiences, networks, and/or ideas).
