- Angels for Child Welfare Advancement CASA of San Mateo County and Foster Family Network:
- Just a handful of Box customers are achieving incredible things in the field of child protection. Their goal is to increase the influence of organisations operating in international child protection systems. Projects like foster care programming, legal services, or orphanage programmes may be included in your proposal.
- Assisting with Crisis Management
- Secure device-to-device collaboration is essential for managing vital services. Nonprofits providing emergency and disaster relief services, such as refugee support (think Oxfam, IRC, and Team Rubicon Global), are included in the crisis response category. Applications in this area could address tasks such as configuring mobile hotspots or compiling topographic data.
- Defending the Earth
- Results of digital transformation can save the environment; just ask Box clients like The Nature Conservancy and charity: water. This category includes topics like biodiversity, energy efficiency, renewable energy, conservation of the environment, and nature. Projects like enhancing environmental research or estimating your impact from turning paperless are examples of applications.
Financial Details
- A total of $150K will be given by the Box Impact Fund to six distinct charitable organisations that are working on digital transformation projects. To help teams concentrate on their mission-driven work, each chosen organisation will get a $25K grant to expand their tech capabilities.
Qualification Standards
- The Box Impact Fund is available to organisations who have a stated and confirmed charitable or philanthropic goal of improving communities. Organisations need to be legally recognised in the nation in which they operate. To be considered, the application must also be for a digital transformation project related to crisis response, environmental protection, or child welfare.

Standards
- Four criteria are used to evaluate applications:
- Alignment: Show a strong commitment to a digital transformation that focuses on the environment, crisis response, or child welfare.
- effect: Illustrate how this project will benefit your organisation and the people you assist, as well as its potential for effect.
- Include a strategy for getting buy-in and support from important stakeholders and including their voices.
- Scale: Describe your strategy for reaching scale, outlining any obstacles you may encounter and how you intend to overcome them.
