YALI RLC Southern Africa Emerging Leaders Program – Cohort 23 & Online Cohort 19

Deadline: November 11th 2023 | YALI RLC Southern Africa Emerging Leaders Program – Cohort 23 & Online Cohort 19

One of the main initiatives to support the upcoming generation of African leaders is the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI). The University of South Africa hosts the YALI Regional Leadership Centre Southern Africa (RLC SA) at the Graduate School of Business Leadership in Midrand, South Africa. The RLC SA seeks to develop critical thinkers who can handle challenging, interdisciplinary challenges; to promote creative, entrepreneurial thinking; and to promote intercultural and cross-border communication. Young African leaders’ abilities are developed by the RLC SA through core training in current African concerns and specialised training in three important areas: business and entrepreneurship; civic leadership; and public management.
