The graduate trainee programme is a comprehensive and well-organized initiative created to give graduates exposure to various organisational divisions and opportunities for professional growth. The programme is to develop a bright group of people who will contribute to the expansion and success of the business while fostering a pipeline for future leaders.
Selection Standards:
- Recent college graduates with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Management with a minimum GPA of 2.2 are preferred.
- 0–2 years of job experience at most
- Exceptional academic standing and a sincere love of the subject.
- Excellent cooperation, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated the ability to lead and a proactive attitude towards learning.
- Flexibility and a readiness to accept difficulties and novel experiences.
