  • Workshop in person on DEI and gender-transformative business practises, including assistance for participants to create DEI Action Plans

  • Opportunity to be chosen for a Gender Smart Bootcamp that will take place in person in Nairobi, Kenya in November 2023 and offer travel assistance to selected participants.

  • A summary of your gender inclusion score across many business functions, such as product design, marketing, and customer support (more than simply HR!).

Eligibility for Accelerate Your Impact On Gender Equality With GameChangerX – Africa

• The curriculum has two tracks: one for startups in the digital innovation space, and the other is for organisations that support the digital ecosystem.
  • Track 1: Startups in digital innovation
  • Are you a digital innovation startup interested in incorporating a gender lens into your business practises? Startups operating in Africa that are platform companies, e-commerce enterprises, or other digital innovators are eligible for this scheme. If the aforementioned criteria apply to you, this is the ideal opportunity for you!
• Ecosystem enablers, Track 2
  • Do you work for a business support organisation (ESO) that wants to better comprehend the value of a gender lens for ESOs? ESOs could be entities that assist the expansion of digital innovation, such as accelerators, fund managers, etc.
  • Are you looking for advice on how ESOs may practically include a gender perspective into their plans and organisational structure? If so, this opportunity is ideal for you.
