Submit an application for the Australian University of Queensland Scholarship Programme 2024. One of Australia’s oldest public research universities, the University of Queensland, is currently accepting applications for its fully funded Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes for the academic years 2024–2025. The Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship application date is August 7, 2023, while the Science International Scholarship application deadline is November 20, 2023. Applicants from any country may apply.

The University of Queensland will accept the IELTS and the PTE as evidence of English language proficiency.
Opportunities for the UQ Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship are available in the fields of science, mathematics, architecture, planning, and the environment.

Benefits

  • The University of Queensland is awarding two scholarships for the academic years 2024–2025: the Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship and the Science International Scholarship. The Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship is limited to annual financial resources, whereas the Science International Scholarship has a value of $3,000.

Eligibility

  • The Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship has the following requirements: a minimum ATAR of 99.90, Year 12 completion in 2023 or 2022, citizenship of Australia, permanent residency, or New Zealand, and first preference for a UQ university place through QTAC. Candidates must submit the necessary paperwork, exhibit outstanding academic achievement, and register in a UQ Faculty of Science programme for at least one year in order to be considered for the Science International Student Scholarship in Australia. International students and current UQ students are ineligible.
