Young, passionate, and active individuals from the targeted categories have a rare opportunity with Sanlam Corporate to receive real-world work experience in a corporate setting and earn a national qualification. In order to build a talent pipeline in our company, our learnership is an integral aspect of our young talent strategy and flows directly into our YEP (Youth Empowerment Programme). Successful and high-performing learners are kept permanently for junior level employment after the learnership through a targeted growth journey.
Eligibility
- Must be a citizen of South Africa
- Must not be working right now
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Must have received a 50% grade in English, Accounting, Mathematics, and Mathematics Literacy in Grade 12.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Be prepared to dedicate yourself to finishing the 12-month Programme and earning a full qualification.

Task
- Learn about the company’s products, services, and operational systems.
- Attend classes in a classroom
- Completion of on-site practical training Building a Portfolio of Evidence for InSeta
- Fill out learning logs for on-the-job training.
- Pass and achieve the necessary standard on formative and summative exams.
- Execute the responsibilities and obligations you’ve agreed to with your manager.
