The Artist Gallery was established to provide professional and amateur photographers with a platform to showcase their talents and gain recognition. We hold many photographic competitions each month. The subject matter could range from an architectural competition to portrait, street, or nature photography, among other options.

Eligibility
- It was required that the photographer was born in 2000 or after.
- Every photographer is allowed to enter up to five images in each of the categories. Any additional photos will be immediately deleted by our system if the photographer decides to submit more than that.
- Make sure your uploaded files’ names adhere to the following convention: PhotoTitle_ShortDescription.
- The 40 finest photographs’ locations and photographers will be featured on our website and on social media.
- Personal data won’t be distributed to outside parties; it will only be used for the contest, the gallery website, and social media.
- If they believe it is necessary, the contest organisation team may ask the finalist photographers for proof of age.
- Only images submitted before the deadline will be approved.
- We do not accept photos sent to our official email.
- There are no AI images permitted.
- If it is deemed essential, “The Artist Gallery” has the right to halt the competition.
- photography specifications
- JPG (JPEG) files alone are permitted.
- At least 1000 pixels must be present on the smallest side.
- The file must be 12MB or smaller.
- The photography must be related to the contest’s theme.
- Remove any watermarks from the image; entries with watermarks will be disqualified from the competition.
- It is acceptable to edit photos by adjusting the exposure, contrast, sharpness, and colour saturation. The addition or removal of any element from the image is prohibited.
- It is advised that the photo has its metadata. If the judges feel it is required, they are free to request the original file.
- It is totally prohibited to have modified animals for a photograph in the Nature Category if the image is of wildlife. Photos of pets or animals kept in captivity are not permitted; the animals must be in their natural habitat.
- Any contribution that doesn’t meet all of these criteria will be rejected.
Prizes
- Each category’s top photographer will receive a free 5-photo entry for any of our paid contests.
- Each category’s runner-up photographer will receive a free entry of three images into any of our paid competitions.
- Each category’s third-place photographer will receive a free entry into one photo in any of our paid contests.
- In any of our competitions between 2023 and 2024, the prize is transferable.
- The finest photographers in each category will have a blog post about their photography careers and goals published.
- The top 40 images will be posted to our digital gallery and social media sites.
- For each category’s top 10 images, a digital certificate is provided.
- The judge’s ruling cannot be challenged.
The judging process and judges
- Two experienced professional photographers with strong backgrounds in various fields make up our panel of judges. Each photograph will be evaluated by the judges based on a variety of aspects, including creativity, technical proficiency, composition, etc.
- The judges are fully anonymous, and they are not given any information about the photographers. Participate and use your finest photography.
Private information and attribution
- The Artist Gallery has the right to utilise any photos submitted to our contests for exhibitions, marketing, sharing on our website, or other purposes relating to the Gallery.
- Every time the gallery uses a photograph, the photographer will receive credit and retain ownership of the image.
- Any contest hosted by The Artist Gallery accepts entries from photos that have previously taken part in prior competitions. Only images that have previously placed in the Top 3 of a contest held by this gallery are ineligible to enter subsequent contests.
- The participant is in charge of making sure that the image doesn’t infringe on any copyright or trademarks.
- It is advised to obtain the consent of the person shown in the image before using it if there are any recognisable people in it.
- The photo’s authorship is accepted by the photographer.
- Any legal violations by the photographer are not the responsibility of the Artist Gallery.
- When you submit an entry for a contest, you provide us with personal information. Here is a link to our privacy statement.
- The Artist Gallery exclusively retains the top 25 images and participant data for internal use; names and locations of the images will only be made available to the public through exhibitions, our website, and social media.
- Two months after the contest has ended, all of the additional images that were not selected will be removed.
- Your contact information is automatically added to our mailing list after you accept the terms of this contest. Simply write an email to contact@theartistgallery.art to unsubscribe from it.
