Emerging young leaders are encouraged to participate in the Aspire Leaders Programme so they can showcase their culture to peers around the world and have access to funding and educational opportunities that can change their lives. The goal of Aspire’s leadership programme is to improve the lives of young people who are currently underserved by providing them with leadership development opportunities that will help them become tomorrow’s leaders and have a positive influence on their communities.

Eligibility
- Candidates must be aged 18 to 26 (with few exceptions).
- Candidates ought to come from low-income families.
- They must be first-generation college students, meaning neither their parents nor their primary carers have a bachelor’s degree.
- Candidates who have just graduated or are enrolled in an undergraduate programme may apply.
- Candidates who have their studies interrupted by a natural disaster or an armed conflict (refugee students) are also eligible to apply.
