responsibilities and obligations
Failure to Identify:
- Use cutting-edge diagnostic techniques and technologies to locate and sort out product flaws.

Analyzing the root causes:
- To identify the root causes of product flaws, perform a thorough root cause analysis.
- Create a thorough fault analysis database for trend analysis and reference.
Validation and Testing
- Create and implement thorough test plans to verify the results of the fault analysis and the suggested fixes.
- To create new testing protocols and procedures, work with test engineering teams.
Implementing the solution:
- Implement corrective and preventive measures in close collaboration with the engineering and design teams to fix found flaws.
- Keep an eye on the results of your solutions and make iterative adjustments as needed.
Documentation:
- Support the creation and review of thorough reports and documentation on fault analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
- Document the repair process in great detail.
- Create procedures to guarantee that accurate records are produced for each fault analysis activity.
Collaboration across functions:
- To assure the quality and dependability of the products, the engineering team works in conjunction with product managers, quality assurance teams, and production teams.
- Support cross-functional teams with technical knowledge and assistance during product development and enhancement projects.

Experience and Knowledge
- electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a similar subject as a minimum requirement.
- 8+ years of expertise in product quality improvement, root cause analysis, and fault analysis.
- 5+ years of proven leadership or management experience managing testing, diagnosis, or repair teams.
- thorough understanding of embedded systems, PCB layout, analog and digital circuitry, and hardware design techniques.
- proficiency with statistical analysis techniques, data analysis software, and diagnostic tools.
- strong project management abilities, including the capacity to oversee many projects at once.
