An interactive multi-day event called the Goldman Sachs Africa & Caribbean Recruiting Programme is available to African and Caribbean students who will graduate in 2024 or 2025. The program, which is open to students of all majors, is made to give them firsthand exposure to the financial industry.

Conditions for Eligibility
- Graduates from programs leading to a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree June 2025 to January 2024

- Summer Analyst/Summer Associate (Programs for Internships)
- Summer Internship in Analysis
- The summer analyst internship is typically taken during the second or penultimate year of study and is open to students who are currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree. Programs range in length from eight to eleven weeks and are intended to fully immerse you in one of our businesses’ daily operations.
- Associated Summer Internship
- The summer associate internship is typically taken during the second or penultimate year of study and is for students currently pursuing an advanced degree, such as an MBA, JD, MD, or LLM. This is a ten-week program with actual duties to give you an idea of what you would be doing on a daily basis as a full-time employee of Goldman Sachs.
