Principal duties and services exposed:
The chosen candidate will be exposed to all facets and stages of the project lifecycle, including strategy, design, and implementation, as well as the full range of Digital Consulting services, covering technology, financial management, supply chain management, and people and change.
To complete client-facing engagements, the chosen candidate will need to collaborate with seasoned consultants in teams. This might comprise:
- Assistance in carrying out the project’s objectives, including the utilization of cutting-edge technology and appropriate software tools
- Generating concepts and solutions through group brainstorming
- Improving the client’s service delivery, organizational structures and methods of operation, technology, governance and control, performance data and insights, processes and procedures, and coming up with solutions to streamline them
- Research and evidence gathering, including gathering data needed to put the client’s viewpoints on the source of their difficulties under stress.
- Help with project management (starting, monitoring, reporting, managing risks, and budget analysis)
- maintaining communication with all client staff (by holding client interviews, meetings, and workshops, for example)
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements (Undergraduate, Honours, and Masters):
Currently enrolled in a degree program with an honors or master’s year with business and technical relevant competencies, such as:
BBus Sci (Accounting, Finance, Economics, ISTN, Computer Science, etc.)
- Industrial, mechanical, electrical, and information engineering degrees
- Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, ISTN, Computer Science, etc.; BCom
- Mathematics, Economics, Informatics, and Statistics for the BSc in Mathematical Sciences
- Mechanical engineering with IT/IS modules, BSc or BEng
- a cumulative grade point average of at least 65%
Important qualifications, qualities, and aptitudes of the possible applicant include:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication. confidence in speaking with people whose first language is not English. being at ease speaking on the phone or online with persons of all seniorities.
- No matter what level a person is at, they are good at developing relationships.
