Regarding the Program
A top-ranked accelerator in the country, gener8tor invests in fast-growing startups and fosters their development through a network of skilled mentors, technologists, corporate partners, angel investors, and venture capitalists.
The roughly 1,000 alumni of gener8tor have so far raised more than $1.2B in follow-on funding. Sixty-nine percent of these alumni have raised more than $250K in follow-on funding or have been acquired, while 54 percent have raised more than $1M.

Each cohort, gener8tor invests in five high-growth firms. This program is independent of industry and company model. We welcome companies in ALL fields and with ALL types of business strategies. Startups that are accepted receive $100K and 12 weeks of programming that is mentorship-driven.
Financial Terms
Using a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE), selected teams will receive a $100,000 investment in exchange for 7.5% equity in your business.
Investment
$20K in exchange for 6% equity in the form of common stock, plus $80K in follow-on funding from gener8tor into your current round (if you’re raising), or into your subsequent round (if you’re not raising) via an uncapped convertible bridge note.
Network Strategy
To assist you in expanding your influence, we forge extremely beneficial connections with business partners, investors, and qualified mentors. Develop ties with the graduates of gener8tor as well as the group of six enterprises in the cohort.
Dedicated Support
1 out of 6, not 10, 15, or 100. For each program, we only invest in six businesses. We give you our complete attention, time, and network.
One-on-one meetings, coaching, and mentoring
Individualized coaching and mentoring for twelve weeks from the gener8tor team during twice-weekly meetings. One-on-one meetings with more than 100 contacts, including investors, industry experts, and serial entrepreneurs.

$1 million or more in discounts and benefits from companies including Microsoft, IBM Cloud, Rackspace, Amazon, PayPal, Zendesk, and Hubspot.
Showcase
Exclusive cocktail party where participating businesses can present to an audience of business owners, mentors, investors, and community members.
