The International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation is the globe Economic Forum, which is dedicated to enhancing the condition of the globe.
The Forum brings together the most influential political, business, and other leaders of society to create alliances, projects, and initiatives that address industrial, regional, and systemic concerns both physically and digitally.
WEF invites young professionals from a variety of backgrounds, views, skill sets, and experiences through the Early Career Programme. We will accept applications from anyone who want to interact with Forum’s Constituents, add to the development of specialized expertise, and assist organizational strategic operations.

Recent graduates of a program of study, especially at the master’s level, and those with at least one year of prior professional experience are best qualified for the roles offered by WEF.

Prerequisites and advantages of the Early Careers Program
- With the World Economic Forum Geneva office, full-time onsite employment for a period of six months is available with start dates between September 1 and October 15, 2023.
- a gross monthly wage of CHF 4’400.- (health benefits: CHF 350 plus salary: CHF 4’050).
- Every piece of necessary technology (including a laptop and a phone) and online resources
- Minimal opportunities for travel support
