Young people have the chance to learn about working life through real-world professional experience while gaining exposure to other countries through the Young Graduate program right after they graduate from college. We are searching for young professionals who are driven and passionate and who have excelled in the classroom.

Young graduates who will be employed by Lagos, Nigeria’s Commercial, Technical, Sales, or Finance department are eligible for this chance.
Principal Ideas of an 18-month program:
- (Phase 1) 6 months in the nation of origin, Nigeria
- 12 months of expatriation at the Paris headquarters or at another TotalEnergies affiliate in Africa (phase 2). subject to availability and performance

The following requirements must be satisfied by applicants in order for them to be accepted into the TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program:
- Candidates must be Nigerians.
- Candidates must have spent at least six months in their native Nigeria.
- Candidates must be younger than 26 years old.
- Less than a year of professional experience is required for applicants.
- The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is a requirement for applicants.
Degrees in the following fields are required:
- Engineering in the mechanical, civil, electrical, or allied domains.
- Finance, Economics, and Accounting-related subjects
- degree in business or marketing
