Eligibility
- Student in high school or college is required to apply; depending on your age (over 18 or under 18), you may need to complete extra tasks to advance to the next level.
- Students from all nations and grades are welcome to take part!
- You need be intelligent, open-minded, and creative in order to address the difficulties.
- If you plan to submit your answer online, you should have a functional internet connection.
Application
Five math problems make up the qualification round for 2023. You must successfully complete at least three (if you are under 18) to four (if you are over 18) out of the five problems in order to advance to the pre-final round. The theme, topic, and difficulty of the math questions vary. To ensure that everyone has fun puzzles to solve, the problems range from geometry to number theory. You can demonstrate your numerical prowess and develop your thinking in this tournament!
Participants who succeed receive certificates and are admitted to the IYMC pre-final round. The IYMC qualification round’s submission deadline is on Sunday, September 16, 2023, at 23:59 UTC+0.
