- Articulation agreements for both domestic & international students are eligible to apply for this scholarship. They must be currently enrolled on full-time study programs of transfer.
- A student must have to show excellent academic performance and high achievements in his studies.
- Students must have to obtain a minimum of 80% average as specified by CBU to be eligible for this scholarship with no failures.
