Independently planning and carrying out administrative and secretarial tasks for Senior Managers.
- Completing the job in accordance with the procedures and standards outlined in the Deloitte Support Service Catalog.
- Actively establishing relationships with senior managers in order to better understand them and provide them with administrative and secretarial support on a professional level.
- Proactively creating and upholding a network of pertinent parties at outside Deloitte clients, to which Senior Managers offer services
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and talking about them with the NL Team’s team lead.
- Coordinating the more difficult tasks (alone or with a team), in consultation with Senior Managers and/or as directed.
- Actively maintaining relationships with a range of Senior Managers, with the conversation centered on comprehending and expertly assisting the more intricate and global corporation and industry.
- Managing, upholding, and protecting systems, policies, or procedures
- Recognizing areas in need of change and proactively making recommendations for improvement. implementing them after consulting with the NL Team’s Team Lead
- Three years of professional experience
- Keeping the client in mind when thinking and working
- Concentrated on teamwork and having the capacity for efficient communication at all levels, both internally and externally
- Outstanding proficiency in English
